1. Frascati wine

Made with the grapes of Trebbiano Toscano e Malvasia, Est! Est! Est! Wine is famed for coming from the Montefiascone region, which is just north of Rome. A white wine, Est! Est! Est! is know for its sweet flavours, fruity taste and for being drunk with appetizers.

The wine is known as Est! Est! Est! as during the coronation of Henry V in the 1100s, the inns put Est! on their doors to symbolise the quality of their wines. One punter reportedly enjoyed one particular wine at one bar so much, he wrote “Est! Est! Est!” on the door, making it extremely popular with the locals.
